Parent Portal

Parent Communication at Our School

We provide comprehensive information, share regular updates, and maintain an ongoing dialogue to ensure that parents remain well-informed and involved. To make communication as simple and clear as possible, our parents have access to a central parent portal and our communication app, in addition to the usual communication channels.

Our Parent Portal – simple. digital. easy to navigate.

On our digital parent portal, you’ll find all the key information about your child’s school experience—clearly organized and available at any time. This includes important documents such as payment terms, bus rules, applications, and forms, as well as links to report sick absences or register for parking. Self-service features such as school certificates, updating personal information, and accessing learning materials are also available. Through the portal, you can also easily submit registrations for the school bus, extracurricular clubs, the Afternoon and Family Club, language courses, or music school.

Looking for the Right Contact?

Whether you have a specific question or need support with a particular topic, you’ll find all the relevant contacts clearly organised on our website – from administration and academic departments to our kindergarten and school campuses. Our dedicated team is always happy to offer advice, answer your questions and assist you with any matters relating to everyday school life.

Everything You Need to Know at a Glance – Our Communication App

Our Bloomz app helps you stay connected with school life and keeps you up to date around the clock. Discover what’s happening at school, stay informed about upcoming events and important dates, and receive timely announcements – from urgent notices issued by the authorities to important organisational updates. Teachers and educators also share helpful information tailored to each class and group, helping everyone stay connected and everyday school life run smoothly. All parents automatically receive their login details when their child joins our school.

Take an active role in shaping school life

Would you like to get involved? Our parents play an important role in building a vibrant school community and a strong school. They contribute in many ways, for example by serving on the Parent Council, joining parent committees, or becoming members of the School Association Board. They encourage communication and collaboration, organise celebrations and events, and support a wide range of school projects.

A Wide Range of Opportunities for Parents

On around ten selected saturdays throughout the school year, we invite our families to enjoy family swimming in our modern pools, following successful registration via the form on our digital parent portal. Parents who would like to get involved in sports can also join our DSS parent teams, in tennis or football, for example, where they can enjoy spending time together, celebrate successes, and build new connections. Our Sports Committee will be happy to help anyone interested in joining a team. Other opportunities to connect and strengthen our school community include using the library, attending parent seminars, and taking part in our annual parent-child camping night.

A Space for Open Conversation

Our regular Parent Exchange sessions are open to all parents, from kindergarten through to secondary school. Held in a relaxed setting, usually in our canteen or café, these gatherings offer an opportunity for parents to connect with one another and speak directly with members of the extended school leadership team. The aim is to strengthen connections among parents, discuss current topics and concerns, and create an open space to address challenges together.
